Deb Dann is a freelance artist from Yulee, Florida. Her oil paintings can be seen in various venues including Jacksonville, Fl, Amelia Island, Fl, Fernandina Beach, Fl St Mary’s, Ga, and Kingsland, Ga.

In 2003 Deb started painting in oils. After being a single parent of three daughters for 21 years, she felt led to venture out and creatively express herself through her painting. Since 2005 she has shown her artwork throughout Florida and Georgia. She has had paintings printed in the Southeast Missourian newspaper in Jackson, Missouri and was featured in Jacksonville’s The Buzz magazine.

Her success prompted her to start her own business as Painting By Inspiration, which not only features her collection of original paintings, she also offers other services such as mural painting, faux painting, and commissions. However, she continues to produce within her specialty; landscape oil paintings on canvas.

Inspired by the beautiful country where we live, especially in North Florida, her passion is to share this beauty with others, as can be seen in many of her landscapes featuring the marshes and beach areas of Northern Florida. Hints of Fort Lauderdale, Missouri, and Colorado also appear in her work creating a diverse collection that touches many from all over the country.
